1. We provide drop ship service for overseas customers, and we can deliver to any country or region in America, Europe, Asia, Australia, as well as some countries in Africa.
2. We only use well-known shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc, and a tracking number will definitely be provided immediately after handing over your product to the shipping company.
3. We also provide OEM service, which means when your order reaches a certain quantity at a time, we can print your logo and brand on the product at your request.
4. It is our practice to open the package and make a final check on the product before handing it to the shipping company in order to minimize the defective rate, in the rare case that an item is defective, we will gladly exchange the item or refund the money for you. Return or money refund must be initiated upon the receipt of the product. In case of refund, the product should be in original packaging, undamaged condition, and shipping cost in both ways are not refundable.
